Manager Finance and Accounts
.Managing the entire finance and MIS function of the Company, including all tax and regulatory compliance
.Reporting directly into the Head Finance of the Company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
.Preparation and presentation of the financial statements of the Company under Indian GAAP and US GAAP / IFRS; International Accounting Standards.
.Managing the entire tax and regulatory compliance (i.e. compliance under Income-tax Act, Customs and Central Excise, Commercial Taxes, FEMA, Labor Laws & STPI)
.Preparation of the Budgets for the various migrated functions / departments of the Company
.Management Reporting before the Management Team
.Assist in the formulation and implementation of key accounting policies for the Company

Qualification:
CA (Chartered Accountant)
Post Qualification :3-5 years
