Fund raising and management for mega projects, Financial planning & analysis by building-management reporting & analytical support, preparation of Operating Plans, Strategic Plans & Periodic Forecasts Prepare financial models and analysis for decision support.

Processing the Requisitions received, analyze in light of Justification of requirement, comparison with the approved Budget and communication of end result to the concern persons (user department). Tracking the Requisitions raised by all Cost Centres in common database. Comparison of Actual Performance with the Budgeted one and report the variance to Top Management.Ensure timely preparation and circulation of Budget, MIS, financial statements and reports including monthly management reporting etc.

Actively provide inputs to business operations and strategy.Look into the New Business Proposals, do number crunching and analyze the Business Plan to help Management with Go/ No Go decisions, help identify potential areas of Expansion, Modernization, Diversification etc.

Financial viability analysis of new projects/centres.Review all documents relating to financials for board meetings and attending the board meetings to answer any questions from investors relating to quarterly financial results.Responsible for implementing financial control over multi location operations, cost cutting / effectiveness measures. Ensure the execution of adequate costing system to find out profitability of each centre as a separate profit centre.

Vendor/Commercial Management. Negotiate vendor contracts to get optimal pricing Once the vendor has been finalized. Ensure timely reorders from the stakeholder. Place orders with vendors and ensure deliveries to stakeholder and company as per schedules. On time and accurate payment receipts from the stakeholder. On time and accurate payments to vendors

Ensure timely preparation and finalization of periodical balance sheet and finalization of annual/quarterly accounts of the organization.Strong understanding of Acts related to Income Tax, Service Tax etc. and ensure timely statutory compliances i.e. filing of returns of Income tax, service tax, TDS etc.

Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards, analyse cash flow, cost controls and expenses to guide Centre Managers.Coordination with the Operation/Centre Managers to provide consultative support in planning initiatives through financial and management information analysis, reports & recommendations.

Coordination with internal/statutory auditors. Co-ordination with Consultant and Auditors for Quaterly / Annual Accounts Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit.To closely monitor the working of centralized payments department and other accounting functions to ensure the best value for money.
